Shipping & returns

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Depending on the quantity of products, processing may take longer.

Shipping time will vary by location. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.

Once your order has been placed and payment received, your order will be sent, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't receive an email, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

All our national orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you prefer a different shipping service, we can process your orders with your preferred shipping provider without any problem.

Any other options, such as delivery to a residential address or the required signature option, will incur an additional charge. Please indicate any special requirements in your Order Notes.

Return and Exchange Policies for ANTONELLO SHOES

At Antonello Shoes, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we provide the following policy for changes and returns of shoes purchased through our Online Service, to meet your needs and demands:

How to Request Changes or Returns

Returns or exchanges must be requested via email to: [email protected].

Note: You will receive an email within a maximum of 1 business day confirming receipt of your request.

Our Customer Service team will validate if your return is eligible for a free return label.

If the product was originally sent with free shipping, the return shipping will have a cost (determined by our Customer Service department's analysis).

You will receive an email with a return label that you must print. Prepare the package with the return format and take it to the parcel service. The return label is valid for 5 days.

If the original shipping was NOT free, Antonello Shoes will cover the cost of a one-time return, depending on the product's condition.

Once the product has been received, a review will be conducted to confirm if it complies with the policies described in our email response.

If the return is not approved, you should contact our Call Center at +1 (786) 684 12 21 to retrieve the product. In this case, the product will be sent back to your home via parcel service, and the customer must cover the cost of the shipping label.

Deadlines for Changes or Returns

  • For another size or model: If you need to change the size, model, or color of the purchased product, you have 15 calendar days from the order's payment date to initiate the return.
  • For product defects: If the product purchased has a manufacturing defect, you have 15 calendar days from the order's payment date to initiate the return.

Return Policy

Brazilian Shoes has a manufacturing warranty that protects customers against manufacturing defects and material flaws. Therefore, Antonello Shoes does not handle returns for these products in the United States. If you detect any workmanship and/or manufacturing material failures, you must contact the manufacturer directly to validate the warranty.

Exceptions Not Covered by Warranty

Returns will not be covered by warranty if:

  • The product has been used under abnormal conditions.
  • The product has not been operated in accordance with the accompanying instructions for use.
  • The product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.

The return process typically takes 3 to 10 business days on average, including delivery, reception, evaluation by the ANTONELLO SHOES team, and notification of the result.

After the return is approved, we must add the refund period, which varies according to the payment method used for the order.

Outside of these established rules, we reserve the right to reject a return and issue a refund.

Requirements for Changes, Exchanges, and Refunds

To make a valid exchange or refund, the following requirements must be met:

  • You must keep the original box and packaging of the products, as they will be necessary for a return.
  • The product must be clean and in good condition, without being dirty, stained, mistreated, or damaged by repairs or refits.
  • It must be delivered with its labels attached and in the original packaging, including any accessories, promotional items, and pairs.
  • A return is applicable if the product is not the size or model you intended to purchase, or if it has a manufacturing defect that, in accordance with these Exchange and Return Policies, allows for a return and/or re-request for another size or model.
  • If the product has been lost in shipping, a refund will be generated for the amount of the lost product.

Sending a Return

To receive a refund for your order, the customer must send the package to our address, following the return policies. The product must be in perfect condition.

In the case of a product return, the refund fee will be paid by the customer. In this specific scenario, we will cover the initial package costs.

Recovery of Products Not Approved for Return

If you requested a return by sending a product through the parcel service, and it was not approved for return, you will need to contact our Call Center to retrieve the product.

In this case, ANTONELLO SHOES will send the product back to your address via parcel service. The customer must cover the cost of the shipping label for this return shipment.
